It’s just so Instant!
Like (apparently) the rest of the world, I snagged an Instant Pot on Prime Day a few weeks back. I’d always wanted a pressure cooker, and couldn’t resist one under $100 (right now, it’s a bit over $100). It took me a while to figure out how to use it – you actually need to read the instruction manual to understand it. But once I got started, I find myself using it a lot. Among other things, I’ve made apple sauce, hard boiled eggs, and chicken with BBQ sauce. I’ve also made rice, but it’s still just about as quick to use the rice cooker for that. I plan to put in some beef ribs tomorrow – we’ll see how they turn out.
